Neale-May serves as president and managing partner of GlobalFluency, Inc., the leader in Intelligent Market Engagement™, with 70 offices in over 40 countries. Previously, Neale-May held senior positions with marketing, promotions and PR agencies, including Ogilvy & Mather, in Silicon Valley, New York, London and Los Angeles. During his 35 years as an international marketing and brand strategist, Neale-May has consulted with over 300 leading multi-nationals, new venture starts and emerging growth companies. Neale-May is listed as one of the Top 100 Most Influential BtoB Marketers in North America by BtoB Magazine. He serves on the board of directors for Travelzoo (NASDAQ: TZOO) and is a member of the Rhodes University Board of Governors in South Africa. He is also an adjunct professor at Seoul National University in South Korea.

Murray has close to 30 years of diversified communications and marketing experience, including more than 20 years of consulting with technology–driven businesses in Silicon Valley and around the world. Murray joined the agency in 1987 and currently manages client services in the firm’s Palo Alto office. He consults with clients in both the New York and Palo Alto offices and plays active hands–on role with many of the firm’s Silicon Valley–based clients. Murray has a strong background in product, service and corporate marketing for high technology, Internet and professional services companies, as well as in investor relations, crisis containment, community affairs, and government relations.

Kober also headed communications and marketing for Mozart Systems, an enterprise software company providing graphical interfaces to IBM mainframe applications. Kober began his career as a systems analyst with Morgan Stanley, where he managed development projects and ran operations for the company’s worldwide networks. He has a B.S. in Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Haas Business School at UC Berkeley. He is an all–state lacrosse player, avid surfer, sea kayaker and an amateur photographer.

LIZ MILLER, VP, PROGRAMS & OPERATIONS
Liz Miller brings a varied career that spans over 14 years in the Sports Entertainment, Retail, Health, Beauty and Personal Care spaces. Miller has extensive experience in media relations, marketing communications, brand building, marketing program strategy and implementation, event planning and live entertainment event production.
Miller began her career in Sports Entertainment, focusing on the promotion of soccer and family sports events, with the Continental Indoor Soccer league, at both a national league level and later at the local team level. Miller later transitioned to Marketing and Sponsorship Development thanks to her involvement with Forum Boxing, a boxing promotion organization owned and operated by the Los Angeles Lakers and Dr. Jerry Buss. Thanks to her stints in the sports industry, Miller has had the opportunity to produce and market live television events including network, pay-per-view and cable sports franchises, execute media relations campaigns involving multiple sports franchises and individual athletes, as well as market both adult focused and family focused live entertainment events.
After a brief engagement with a Marketing and Process Management consultancy, where she published and publicized two books authored by the agency CEO, Miller turned her focus to the Beauty and Personal Care space.
Miller joined Jan Marini Skin Research as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations, tasked with juggling duties as personal publicist, corporate public relations executive and marketing leader and strategist. Miller guided the company from a small voice in the professional skin care market, into a respected presence in the consumer beauty and health markets. Miller focused on building relationships with celebrity clients, planning physician education events, launching consumer education programs, and recreating the overall look and feel of the brand. Miller secured placements in publications including InStyle, US, OK! Magazine, Glamour, Lucky, Shape, Marie Claire, Jane, Men's Health & Fitness, Stuff, Vogue, Tatler, Harpers & Queen, the Advocate, Playboy, Maxim, Extra Entertainment news and E! Entertainment Television.
With Global Fluency, Miller oversees the daily operations of the Chief Marketing Officer council, a global affinity network of top brand marketers, and the BPM Forum. She also works with the agency's consumer focused accounts, having worked with clients like Radiesse (BioForm Medical), the City of San Jose, El Camino Hospital, and Mobile Campus.

Prior to joining GlobalFluency DeRose spent over 5 years at the American Electronics Association (AEA), the nations largest technology trade association, as the Director, Membership Development in the Silicon Valley office. DeRose was tasked with new member development and retention of the associations 500 members located in the Silicon Valley chapter. In this role DeRose worked with industry leaders Sun Microsystems, HP, Intel, Cisco, Varian Medical, Google, Intuit and others to activate grass-roots lobbying efforts at the state, federal and international levels to promote growth within the technology industry.
DeRose spent the first four years of his career as the Strategic Accounts Manager at Questlink Technology, the world's largest e-commerce supplier of electronic components and computer products. This position required DeRose to forge strong alliances among channel distribution partners and OEM clients such as Ingram Micro, Arrow Electronics, Avnet, CDW, Intel, Samsung, Hitachi, LG Electronics, Sanmina-SCI, Flextronics, Clestica, Tyco, Dell, HP and others to streamline their supply chain to drive out excess costs and shorten the production and new product introduction cycle.
